Today I took a trip to downtown Tampa, FL and Ybor City, FL. I love walking downtown here. The waterfront is pretty and the tram is great to get between the two cities. I kept missing the tram and just walked the whole way. It ended up being a little over eight miles. I don’t know if I walked over to the Victory ship that’s parked over behind the aquarium. The tour was expensive, but I got the gist of it from the outside.
The last time I was here they didn’t have the cruise port I don’t think. There were four or five cruise ships moored today. Everything in Ybor is the same, so I didn’t hang out long. There was a pirate pub crawl going on though, so that’s something. I stopped at James Joyce Irish Pub then Tampa Bay Brewing Company for a couple beers and to watch football. After that, took the tram all the way back to the other endpoint and found a EDM concert playing at the park downtown. I hung out for a little bit before heading back to the van.
