I left Minneapolis today and headed over to New Ulm, MN. I mainly came here to visit Schell’s Brewery. I found out that it is their Oktoberfest this weekend. Today was their Fest pre-party. I walked around the grounds before going to the taproom. They had deer and peacocks on site. The old mansion was cool and there were several other old buildings.
The party was in the taproom. They had a DJ and cheap beer. I was able to try their beers that I hadn’t had before. The deer brand was really good. I closed the place down. It got really busy as the night went on. It was really fun.
