This morning I got up early to go to the Udvar-Hazy Center, the good Smithsonian air and space museum, and when I got there the parking lot was packed. I got a spot and started walking toward the line. As I get close, all I see are dressed up families in line for a half mile. I looked up what was going on and of course they were having their Halloween trick or treat event. I noped out of there and took off to Delaware. I’ll loop around and hit it up in a few days.
I stopped in Annapolis, MD and then Dover, DE to get a pic of the capitol and walk around the grounds. I hung out and caught the end of the football game in Dover before heading out to Dogfish Head Brewery.
Dogfish Head was the same as it was the last time. They had a new beer menu of course. Both times that I’ve been here now I’ve missed the tour. I hung out here until 9ish and then drove down to the point right before the Chesapeake Bay Bridge/Tunnel.
