Today I was originally planning on driving to Bangor and Portland, ME. On my way to Bangor I stopped along the way to get this awesome pic.
There wasn’t much to do in Bangor so I stopped at the sites then was going to take off. I first went to see the Stephen King house. He actually still lives in this house. Next I went to the Paul Bunyan statue. Apparently Maine is where he was born.
I looked at the map and saw that Bar Harbor, ME and Acadia National Park was close so I took a detour to see what was there. When I got to Bar Harbor there was only an hour of light left, not enough to see the park. I went to the Thirsty Whale Tavern to decide on the hike I would do tomorrow. After that I walked around downtown and grabbed a flight at Fogtown Brewing Company.
