Today I went site seeing in Tulsa. I first went to The Gathering Place, a park designed by some famous landscape architect. It was actually a really nice park. I walked around the place and hung out at the lake for a while.
After the park I headed to downtown to see what there was to see. I walked all over downtown. The Deco District had some nice buildings. There wasn’t really anyone around though. Tomorrow there is a marathon going on and they were setting that up.
When I got done walking downtown I headed back to the van. I parked next to Dead Armadillo Craft Brewing since I was going to be thirsty after all that walking. It was a tiny taproom with some good beers. It was packed by the time I left. After leaving there I checked out Cyrus Avery Centennial Plaza and headed out to OKC.
