Today I took a trip to Mt. St. Helens on my way down to Portland, OR. I don’t have a lot to say about the day besides the mountain was beautiful. The visitors centers were closed for the holiday, but I still got some great views. I stopped at Castle Lake Viewpoint for lunch and it was warm enough to have the side door open so I was able to take in the views while eating.
