Alright, I have some updates again. Sorry for the delay.
Today Antoinette and I took a tour of the Sierra Nevada brewery. I signed us up for the Sustainability Tour. There were a few different tours available, but once you’ve done one big brewery tour, you’ve pretty much done them all. I wanted to see more of their solar array and other sustainability things. It was pretty cool. They took us through the packaging area and a little bit of the brew house. Next, they took us up to see the huge solar array on the roof. After that, they took us to see the garden and grab a beer. It was interesting how they recycle, compost, and produce their own energy.
