After the dam last night I pulled off for the night by Monument Valley. It was beautiful camping next to a sandstone tower. In the morning I got up at finished the drive through Monument Valley. It was very pretty, but I wasn’t going to pay the $20 for a five minute drive into the park.
I drove up to Natural Bridges National Monument after finishing up the valley. I found a couple of hikes down into the canyon to see the bottom of the arches and get some exercise.
I needed a beverage after all of the hiking. I drove up to Moab, UT for the night and parked next to Moab Brewery. I stayed until close talking to the staff, locals, and visitors. All of the locals said that I should move there. One of the ladies said that she visited there and then never left.
