After not being able to shower for three days it felt amazing to finally wash in Grand Junction, CO. I stayed there last night and drove to Denver, CO today, the 19th. I drove to check out the building that Ashley is moving into for her. After that I found an area, Berkeley, with a few breweries within walking distance of each other.
I started at Call to Arms Brewing. They had a nice atmosphere and decent beer. I walked to The Empourium Brewing Company next. Their taproom was very modern and expensive looking. The beer was good and I jumped into a conversation with the staff and customers. The beertender gave us a tour of the compact brewery area and we talked until they closed. Everyone wanted to go out after close so the other customers went across the street to Berkeley Untapped. The staff met us there after they closed and then we went to the Crow Bar to finish the night.
Over the next two days I made my way back to Fargo. I stopped near Lincoln, NE on the 20th and blasted the next six hours on the 21st.
Now that I’m back in Fargo, I won’t be posting until I take off or go somewhere of note. Hang in there everyone, I’ll be posting again soon enough. Hopefully more frequently than I have been recently.
