Oof, I’ve been slacking on writing these. I wanted to shower today and Ashley hadn’t seen Lambeau Field before, so we decided to head to Green Bay. We followed the South shore of Lake Superior and then down when we got closer to Lake Michigan. The colors of the trees right now are beautiful. It was a very pretty drive.
We stopped in a little bar, The 1911 Grille & Taphouse, in Marionette, WI around 8PM for supper. This place was the best value I’ll probably get on this trip. We had cheese curds, buffalo mac n cheese, four piece fried chicken, a beer, and a soda all for $19. The food and bartender/server were both amazing. After that it was about an hour to get to Green Bay.
