This morning I took the train into Boston, MA to go to the Museum of Science. This is one of the best science museums that I’ve been to. It was huge with multiple levels. One side was hard sciences and the other was natural science. They had one of the Boston Dynamics robots walking around in a little area. They had a nice gem display too.
After the science center I walked downtown to the main library. This is the most beautiful library that I’ve ever been to. Lots of movies were filmed here. The main one that comes to mind was Good Will Hunting, with Matt Damon in the room with the green lights. The main stairway was all carved marble and there were halls with amazing art lining the walls and ceilings. The courtyard had a sculpture and fountain in the middle. Beyond that after walking through a set of doors you end up in a super modern library. It’s really cool how they blended the old with the new.
