Today was mostly driving, but we did have a few stops. We got up early so we could finish the drive to Devils Tower. As we got close I was worried that we weren’t going to be able to see it as the clouds were so low. As we got closer though, the view got better. I was able to get a pic when we got close. The weather wasn’t the best so we didn’t do any hiking.
After that, we blasted all the way through Wyoming until we got to Cheyenne, WY. We needed a break from driving so we went to see the capitol and found out that Wyoming is another state that stores their liberty bell, the jerks. We walked around the capitol grounds and then went to Blue Raven Brewery. I wanted to get a brewery in Wyoming since I probably wont be back in that state much. Blue Raven was built out of a little house in the middle of a residential area. It was kinda neat. They had some really good beers here too. The stout was the best.
After about an hour of drinking and listening to the band we left to finish our drive to Minturn, CO to meet up with Ashley’s cousin.
