I had an amazing day today. I started at the American Heritage Museum in Hudson, MA outside of Boston. I recommend this museum 100% if you are interested in military vehicles and history. This is probably the best tank museum in the USA. They had movies at the entrance that showed in front of a WW1 trench that you walk through, then in front of Hitlers car, then in the main hall. I was able to get in free with my pass, but it’s well worth the money. They had a ton of super rare vehicles that aren’t on display anywhere else. There is a WW2 reenactment in a couple weeks that would be cool if I were in the area. I took a ton of pictures, they’re at the bottom.
After the museum I cruised over to the Sam Adams Jamaica Plain Brewery for their Oktoberfest. There were a ton of people here. They had stein hoisting and a band. I hung out for an hour or so and then decided to take the brewery tour. The tour was ok, it was short though. I got the upgraded tour that went to the barrel room. We got to try a beer that doesn’t get served outside of that room, so that was cool. I don’t know if it was worth the money, but it’s ok.
