Today was fun. I went to Winter Garden to check out their downtown. Before that though I stopped by Jack Kerouac’s house for a picture. It’s a little unassuming house, but a super famous book was written there. I guess Hemmingway’s house was the same.
I found the last parking spot in one of the parking lots in downtown Winter Garden. Winter Garden is similar to Winter Park, but a little less fancy. I prefer it here. There are actually places I would stop into. I walked all the way up to the end of the main road and found a food hall and brewery, Crooked Can Brewing Company. I looked on my phone and saw I had a BOGO so I had to stop. They have a lot of award winning beers.
Downtown was packed. Everyone was out looking at the lights. After my beer I walked back and took some pictures after the largest crowds left. The city really goes all out here to set up for Christmas.
