I found a brewery that was having a 2000’s hard rock cover band playing tonight. I parked on the street outside of the brewery and had the whole day to kill. I walked through the Grand Central District and Downtown again. I got back a couple hours before the show started and just hung out in the van until then.
The brewery was Bayboro Brewing Co and the band was Disasterpiece. They played a lot of Linkin Park and Disturbed with some good ones sprinkled in. They finished the night with a Metallica song so that was fun. The two beers I got at the brewery were good even though they took my half full beer while I was in the bathroom.
After the show I wanted to go out again so I headed back to Grand Central. I heard a band playing Pink Floyd so I went to check it out. Another brewery, Cage Brewing, had a Pink Floyd cover band playing. I would’ve rather gone to that show. I was able to catch the last few songs and grab a beer. On my way back to the van I almost went to a nightclub because they were playing some great dance songs. Overall it was a good day, I ended up walking 18,000 steps too.
