I started off the day by going to the Memphis Zoo. I was surprised at how good it was. They had a lot of animals that I didn’t expect to be there. The best exhibits were the big cats, giant pandas, giraffes, and the komodo dragons. It took me about two hours to walk the whole thing and it was well worth the $20 fee.
After the zoo I was starving and had to try the world famous Gus’s Fried Chicken. I understand why it’s world famous. It was some of the best fried chicken I’ve ever had. The collard greens and mac n cheese were really good too.
