Today I visited the Evergreen Aviation Museum in McMinnville, OR. This is the new home of the Spruce Goose, the largest flying boat ever. They had civilian and military aircraft from WW1 to the modern day. The highlights for me were the Spruce Goose, SR-71, X-15, Atlas II rocket, ME-262, the cold war soviet planes, F-15, and Global Hawk drone. The Museum of Flight in Seattle was a bit better, but this was really interesting too.
