Sorry for the delay in posting. I’ve been lazy about keeping up on here.
I headed back to Denver on the second and mostly bummed around for a few days. On the Seventh I did a little brewery hopping. I went to Waldschanke Cider + Coffee, Diebolt Brewing Company, and ended at the Monkey Barrel. Waldschanke was a nice place. They had a Swiss vibe going on. The food looked really good, it was mostly traditional Swiss dishes. I had two of their ciders that were both pretty good. I still like Stem better though.Diebolt was a short walk away. Their beer was good and I hung out with one of the owners. Finally I went to The Monkey Barrel. They happened to have comedy night, it was a good time.
Today I started on my way back to Fargo for Christmas. I stopped in North Platte, NE for the night. I plan on being back home in a couple days.
